They will engage with departmental staff to coordinate project-related activities. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in programme and project management methods and tools, providing expert advice to decision-makers. This role will involve presenting to directors and senior management teams, as well as representing the Trust at local and regional levels when required. Effectively contributing to the Trust's vision, strategic objectives, and key work programmes by adopting an agile approach to programme and project delivery. Coordinating activity and drafting reports for the Director of Digital, providing support in managing the digital and data project portfolio. Fostering the development of key skills within the Programme Management Team through guidance and mentorship. Achieving significant progress in the delivery of successful digital and data projects, contributing to the overall strategic goals of the organisation. Developing comprehensive and first-rate business cases to advance digital and data-specific projects. Thoroughly identifying and documenting the Trust's requirements for each project, collaborating with all relevant stakeholders. Procuring and delivering each project in a timely and professional manner, adhering to Agile methodology principles. This will involve preparing and implementing project documentation to meet agreed milestone delivery dates, and coordinating any tendering processes while ensuring flexibility and adaptability throughout the project lifecycle.
