Be part of a pro-active, responsive and friendly service and make a difference to Children and young people's lives at point of mental health crisis. We are Black Country wide service consisting of 4 locality teams. The teams consist of mental health, learning disability and children's nurses as well as social workers, Consultant psychiatrists and clinical fellow's. We have an IAPT practitioner, youth worker, STR worker and each team has a Barnardos keyworker working with us to make up a fantastic multi-disciplinary team. We offer a service 08:00-20:00, 7 days a week with additional on call duties 20:00-08:00 to cover the 136 suite when in use and the 24/7 mental health helpline for U18's helping to support any emergency contact outside of usual working hours. The expectation is that you would undertake 3 on call sessions per month on a rota basis.
