The post holder will take responsibility for coordinating the delivery and development of the SBUHB QI training programme. This will entail regularly delivering QI courses including the current Fundamentals of Improvement and Improvement in Practice and provide coaching to staff to support them in developing QI capability to deliver improvements in their work areas.
