The Head of Nursing for Early Intervention Psychosis Service (EIPS) will provide nursing and operational leadership across the their span of leadership will also include allied health professional roles with the postholder having professional responsibility for both staff groups within EIPS. They will advise on issues relating to nursing including professional standards and nursing resources. They will be responsible and accountable for ensuring compliance with fundamental standards and developing nursing improvements in line with local and national guidance and BWC nursing strategy. The post holder will ensure that nursing practice is of a high quality and is focused on the organisation values, upholds the profession and demonstrates behaviours outlines in the 6 C's; care, compassion, competence, communication, courage and commitment.
