Job Details: Salary £96,990 - £107,155 per annum (Pro-rata) Contract Fixed-Term contract - 24 months Hours Full-time: 10 Programmed Activities (DCC:SPA = 8:2) On call None Location Great Oaks Clinic, Great Oaks, Basildon, SS14 1EH Qualifications needed: Full GMC Registration with a license to practice Mastery in the management of a broad range of physical health conditions in babies, children, and young people, including neurodevelopmental disorders At least 4 years post graduate training including 2 years community paediatrics (or demonstrate equivalent experience and competences). Knowledge and training in Child safeguarding Valid Level 3 Safeguarding Training. Provide senior medical support and guidance to the team Work directly with babies, children and young people, and their families and liaise as appropriate with other external health providers and acute hospitals Participate in the local Child Protection rota Support your peers and team leader, and be an effective team member whilst allowing them to work with their own initiative Work alongside 5.6wte Consultant Paediatricians, 2.8wte Specialist Grade Doctors, and 1wte Specialty Doctor within the service Commit to collaborative working, actively supporting and liaising with other health and social professionals, and agencies.
