Acting as the Responsible Clinician, leading clinical decision-making, and managing Mental Health Act responsibilities. Supervising and supporting a multi-disciplinary team, promoting best practices and evidence-based care. Engaging in quality improvement initiatives, clinical governance, and CPD to enhance service outcomes. Contributing to service development, providing input on patient pathways and staff training.
