First, we'll enable your camera & microphone and then ask you to record a short introduction about yourself, about 30 seconds long, to make sure your camera is working ok.

Then, we'll ask you to answer one or more questions of your choice from the list below:
1. Can you tell us a bit about your background and what interested you in this role with the Stowmarket Integrated Neighbourhood Team?
2. What do you understand about the role of a Generic Worker in an integrated health care team?
3. Although experience in community services is preferred, how do you believe your current skills or experiences can contribute to this role?
4. What do you believe are the key elements in providing high-quality patient care, particularly in a community setting?
5. How do you work within a team, particularly in a multidisciplinary one? Can you give an example of a successful team experience?
6. What do you think might be some challenges faced when providing care in patients' homes, and how would you address them?
7. This role requires the use of your own car. How do you feel about this, and do you have any concerns regarding travel for work?
8. What do you hope to gain from working with the Stowmarket Integrated Neighbourhood Team, and what do you believe you can offer to the team?
You can answer as many of these questions as you want. Good luck!
