The Wessex Neurological Centre (WNC) is looking for someone with an eye for detail, the ability to develop and refine processes and the confidence to work with a busy team of consultants and junior doctors. You would be joining a large, vibrant department and working with consultants, junior doctors, administrators, and management to ensure that all aspects of medical staffing are up to date and accurate. There will definitely never be a dull moment and along the way you will learn a lot about neurosciences. Main responsibilities will include: o Supporting with preparing, maintaining, and implementing medical staffing rotas, foreseeing any issues and finding resolutions in a timely manner.o Managing all sickness, annual leave, study leave and other leave requests, queries and processes.o Organising and overseeing doctors' induction days.o Processing and overseeing all WLI and locum claims, ensuring all vacant shifts are covered via NHSP and Rotawatch is kept up to date with relevant on-call information.o Being the point of contact for all medical staffing queries from medical teams, HR, Management and any other areas who require information.
