The role will involve shaping the service and ensuring excellent and compassionate care to patients. The role sits within the supportive and welcoming Neuropsychology Department comprised of 13 clinical Neuropsychologists/ Psychologists and 9 Assistant Psychologists in six service areas (General Outpatients, Neurosurgery, Cognitive Disorders, Inpatients, Stroke and Community Traumatic Brain injury). As lead neuropsychologist for the stroke neuropsychology service, you would be responsible for the ongoing development and support of the stroke neuropsychology team as they deliver high quality neuropsychological input to the stroke pathway, supporting stroke survivors, their families, and the wider MDT.
