Provide comprehensive wound care to patients recovering from cardiothoracic surgeries and other related procedures. Perform detailed assessments of surgical wounds, ensuring early identification of potential complications, Collaborate with the surgical team to develop and implement individualised care Administer dressings, suture removal and other wound management techniques. Educate patients and their families on proper wound care at home, including infection prevention and signs of complications. Monitor patients progress and document wound healing.
