The successful ANP will work across three local practices in the Hambleton South PCN area. The hours will be 12 per week spread across 3 days, days to be agreed. This is a fixed term contract for 1 year. The duties will include all tasks normally undertaken by an experienced ANP and in addition any roles agreed between Heartbeat Primary Care CIC and local doctors as appropriate, having regard to current training. About us You will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, planning, and implementing care for the new Urgent Care Hub contract. Job Description: Conduct both face-to-face consultations in clinics, and telephone consultations. See patients of all ages Treat minor illness and/or Injury trained Prescribe and review medication, ensuring adherence to treatment plans. Manage cases autonomously Play a key role in service development and quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery. "}
