The right candidate will need demonstrate that they have clinical expertise in assessing and providing interventions for people with bladder and bowel dysfunctions and the leadership skills to manage a small team on fellow nurses and health care assistants. The main responsibility of the Band 7 Bladder and Bowel Specialist Nurse is to take the lead in assessing and providing clinical care to patients in clinic, virtually or in their own homes. As this does mean some travel with-in West Hertfordshire, candidates will need to be a car driver. You will be joining a friendly supportive group of specialist service teams and a large NHS community Trust where professional guidance is readily available and personal and professional development is fully supported. ** Its not essential that you are already a specialist Bladder and Bowel nurse as we can offer this role as developmental post and training will be given.
