The housekeeper's role is to deliver the meal, snack service and drinks throughout the day and to be responsible for all elements of food hygiene and safety in the ward kitchens. There are various elements of the meal delivery service that will be the responsibility of the post holder's, managing the storage and production of snacks and drinks, cooking and presenting meals from frozen as well as managing meal delivery service.
