The individuals will need to be highly organised, process driven and the ability to communicate effectively as the IG team is an enabler to allow the ICB to fulfil its ambitions' whilst remaining in accordance with legislation. Please note that previous applicants need not apply. To support the IG Manager and the team in providing effective advice to the ICB in the management of the IG agenda. To support the work of the Data Protection Officer (DPO) in providing advice to the ICB and its employees in relation to mandatory obligations, pursuant to the General Data Projection Regulations (GDPR). Be a key member of the team, as well as supporting effective communication and stakeholder management, both internally and externally. To be agreed but will be required to travel within and outside of the ICB's geographical area. About us The post holder will be required to: Communicate and provide information to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders in formal settings. Communicate with internal staff, member practices and their appointed Data Protection Officer to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and strategic objectives. Develop and maintain constructive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. Commit to working and engaging constructively with internal and external stakeholders on a range of contentious issues. Participate in relevant internal and external working groups/projects, services, and initiatives to provide project, information and analytical advice and expertise. Communicate information, risks, issues, and dependencies, including briefings and reports to Project teams, sponsors, and a range of internal and external staff. Members of the general public in relation to the exercise of information rights under the Data Protection Act 2018. "}
