The post is based at Regatta Place, Liverpool. However, other Northwest bases will be considered. A hybrid model of office and home working is in place across the team, with some travel required across the North West. The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The post holder will work as part of a dynamic team and will be expected to carry out a wide range of administrative duties. They will be responsible for day-to-day business support work assigned to the System Co-ordination Team. The post holder should have administrative and project/programme experience and must possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, including Microsoft Teams. They must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and prioritisation skills and have the ability to work effectively under pressure, from both a team perspective and on their own initiative. The role is varied, and the post holder will be required to adapt to working within different workstreams and with colleagues from both inside the organisation and across the wider Cheshire & Merseyside and North West Systems. About us Role includes: Handling general administrative tasks, such as serving as the primary contact for distributing electronic communications and redirecting complex queries from stakeholders to the appropriate colleagues. Scheduling meetings and appointments using the calendar system for both external stakeholders and internal colleagues. Offering administrative support to the team as needed, including taking and distributing meeting minutes or notes and following up on actions from previous meetings. Establishing and maintaining effective electronic filing systems and managing the team's electronic diary. Utilising various IT applications to maintain existing and new project/program data collection systems/databases, providing accurate and timely information for the team's use. Collaborating with managers and colleagues to consistently enhance the quality of care and outcomes for patients.
