We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic administrator to join our Oncology Outpatient team. In this role, you will provide full administrative support, including reception services for our chemotherapy day unit. The successful candidate will need to be able to organize and prioritize their own workload while working closely with clinical colleagues to ensure seamless service for our patients at all times. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled administrator to develop and grow in a complex, fast-paced environment. You will need strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills, along with the drive and vision to continually improve yourself and the service. Greet patients and visitors to the unit in a professional manner and in accordance with CPG and Trust policy. Book and cancel follow up appointments including blood test Maintain accurate filing systems Book and cancel patient transport for future appointments on demand. Book and cancel patient interpreters for future appointments where necessary. Book and cancel patient diagnostic test appointments. Handle all paperwork associated with reception duties including before, during and after clinic.
