The post holder will be joiningwell established multi-disciplinary teams which include consultant supervision and other doctors already in post. The post holder will be expected to work from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. The post holder would be invited to join the on call rota or take ad hoc duties via the staff bank This is fixed term post which has become available due to service gaps. An induction will be provided to your placement explaining roles and responsibilities as well as your workplace. A Trust induction will also be provided after starting in your allocated post.The successful applicant(s) will work within their allocated post. The post will offer the opportunity to perform clinical assessments of individuals with mental health conditions, including mental state examination, history taking, physical health examination and attendance of meetings with the multidisciplinary team. This post is based in a multidisciplinary setting and the post holder will work closely with all the members of the team (consultant, SAS doctors and doctors in training, nurses, health care assistances, psychologists, social workers & graduate mental health workers).
