Within an established Pharmacy Education & Training Team, you will support the training and development of the pharmacy workforce and the wider multi-disciplinary team within the Trust. As a split post, you will work as a teacher practitioner within the well-established academic team at Kingston University, School of Pharmacy. You will lead on the development of our Foundation Trainee Pharmacist training programme and Undergraduate Placement programme. You will be an integral member of the pharmacy team and will establish close working relationships with colleagues both within and outside of St Georges University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust including Higher Education Institutes. You will need to be organised, self-motivated, and passionate about developing others. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be confident to provide training to the multi-disciplinary team.
