{"interviewQueryText":"What are some good interview questions in British English for the job description below?\n\n-------------------------------------------\n\nSubstantive Consultant Paediatric & Perinatal Pathologist with Barts Health NHS Trust in London\n\n Applications are invited for the post of Consultant Paediatric Pathologist at The Royal London Hospital. The paediatric pathology team provide diagnostic paediatric and perinatal pathology services for Barts Health NHS Trust and Homerton University Hopsital NHS Trust. Barts Health is one of the country's largest NHS Trusts and has one of the UK's busiest children's hospitals. The Royal London is one of only two centres in the UK who diagnose and treat retinoblastoma, and is also a tertiary referral centre for paediatric inflammatory bowel disease. As such the pathology department receives a broad range of paediatric surgical cases including enucleations for retinoblastoma, diagnostic and intra-operative frozen sections for Hirschsprung's disease, paediatric gastro-intestinal, skin, benign head and neck, bone and soft tissue, urology and breast lesions. The perinatal pathology service (including autopsy) supports four large maternity units in east London which collectively deliver around 20,000 babies each year. Approximately 2000 placentas are referred annually for histopathology and in the last two years a regular cross-site Placenta MDT has been established to discuss complex cases with pathology that has potential for recurrence in future pregnancies. The successful candidate will share the paediatric and perinatal pathology workload equally with the current Paediatric pathologist. However there are plenty of opportunities to develop specialist areas of interest particularly in retinoblastoma, paediatric GI, skin and placental pathology and this is actively encouraged. The department supports histopathology residents from ST1 to post FRCPath part 2 and participation in training is expectedApplicants are required to hold full GMC registration with a licence to practice and to be on the GMC's Specialist Register for Paediatric and Perinatal Pathology. A job description applicable to the post is appended, together with details of the department. This is a full time post, however those interested in working less than full time are also encouraged to apply.
