Tailor Treatments: Adapt therapies to meet individual patient needs Collaborate: Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure patients needs are met. Manage Referrals: Oversee the referral process to the complementary therapy service, ensuring appropriate allocation in conjunction with colleagues. Handle Caseloads: Manage the complementary therapy caseload with colleagues, ensuring timely patient reviews and treatments. Train and Educate: Organise, deliver, and evaluate training related to complementary therapy at the hospice to internal and external colleagues.
