What to expect
First, we'll enable your camera & microphone and then ask you to record a short introduction about yourself, about 30 seconds long, to make sure your camera is working ok.

Then, we'll ask you to answer one or more questions of your choice from the list below:
1. Can you describe your previous experience in working with vulnerable women, particularly during the perinatal period?
2. What strategies do you use to assess the mental health needs of your clients, especially those who are at risk of admission?
3. How do you ensure that the baby’s wellbeing is always a priority during your clinical work with mothers?
4. Can you provide an example of a complex case you handled and the outcomes achieved through your intervention?
5. What specific skills do you possess that make you a suitable candidate for this role, particularly in high-pressure situations?
6. How do you approach communication with families and partners of women on your caseload? Can you provide a specific example?
7. In your experience, what are some effective techniques for presenting difficult or contentious information to stakeholders?
8. How do you establish and maintain relationships with external agencies, such as social services and healthcare providers?
9. Could you explain your understanding of safeguarding processes and your role in ensuring the safety of vulnerable women and their families?
10. Describe a situation where you had to act in the best interest of a client, while also navigating the complexities of multi-agency involvement.
11. How do you foster collaboration within a multidisciplinary team, especially when working alongside Community Perinatal Mental Health Teams and Mother and Baby Units?
12. What leadership qualities do you believe are essential for a clinician in this role, and how do you embody them?
13. Could you discuss your experience in providing supervision or training to less experienced staff and how you ensure they adhere to clinical standards?
14. How do you manage a caseload of clients with complex needs, and what strategies do you employ to ensure effective case management?
15. Can you give an example of how you have contributed to service improvement or policy development based on your clinical experience?
16. What steps do you take to maintain your professional development and comply with CQC standards and NICE guidelines?
17. How do you approach audits and research within your clinical practice, and what impact have they had on your work?
18. Imagine you are faced with a situation where a mother refuses to engage with support services. How would you approach this?
19. You receive a referral for a woman who has just been discharged from an MBU but is struggling to adapt at home. What would be your immediate steps in supporting her?
