We have a very stable team, with a strong ethos of working as Independent Contractors delivering care that is driven by both patient need and staff welfare. We are forwarding thinking in adopting new working methods and technology, but at our core is the model of service which is providing face to face appointments with GPs through effective care navigation by admin staff, supported by experienced ANPs, and skilled Practice Nurses who manage the bulk of our Chronic Disease Registers. As a salaried GP you would be part of a team of experienced GPs in delivering the GMS Contract. You would be involved in clinical policy discussion, operational planning, and generally helping the team to be responsive to a changing NHS. You may be asked to assist in supporting the lead GPs in guiding both registrars and medical students. But we are a flexible practice and how we work is to responsive to the strengths within our team.
