Attendhigh risk deliveries providing Neonatal Life Support Assist in the planning and transfer of neonates that require transfer to the appropriate unit Admit and discharge babies from NNU/TC. Manage babies requiring respiratory support with guidance from medical team. Perform enhanced clinical procedures ( e.g. intubation, central line insertion, chest drain insertion) . To facilitate the education of nursing and midwifery staff, medical staff, parents and other health care professionals involved with the care of the neonate Prescribe medications for neonates as a non medical prescriber(NMP) Facilitate change and evaluate to improve care for babies and families.
