The post holder will be required to provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to the Speech & Language Therapy Team in accordance with Trust Policies and procedures. The Admin Team provides a link between the Trust, the patient and their clinicians. They provide a comprehensive, efficient, responsive administration service to the Speech & Language Therapy Team. The post will be primarily based at Flockton House, but there will be times when cover may be required at the other Speech & Language Therapy sites i.e. Ryegate Children's Centre and Welfare House. There are two full time posts available. The role is varied and covers a range of administrative duties and projects, including use of computer systems (SystmOne, Healthroster, Microsoft Office, SharePoint etc), telephone work and general admin tasks (potentially covering some resource making). The admin team provide all administrative functions for the service including managing appointments and clinic spaces, managing referrals and tasks, validation of data, as well as project work and ad hoc tasks to support the Speech and Language Therapy team. We have a fantastic, support team of colleagues who are crucial to the successful delivery of the service.
