This will incorporate building community capacity, and embedding this into caseload, team and locality management. Responsible for the management of caseload allocation as per locality/team, and classification of cases in line with the national strategy of Universal, Universal plus and Universal partnership plus. Work in accordance to the Locality commissioned service specification, to ensure the 5 mandated reviews are completed within required timescales and services provided are evidence based practice.
