The roles are vital to the smooth running of the Pathology service across the region. The main duties of the roles is collection of blood samples by Venepuncture and Capillary methods from patients at various locations across the group and to assist with stock control and ordering of the supplies from Pathology stores when necessary. A clean, methodical and tidy approach to work is important. Shifts will be offered over a 7 day working pattern. 'In-house' training will be given, so no previous experience is necessary. However, it will be advantageous to have worked in a health care environment previously, especially dealing with patients.
