To be considered you will be an experienced, clinical pharmacist, able to demonstrate an ability to deliver high-quality care for patients. Working closely with Clinicians, nursing staff, and the directorate management team, you will support in addressing improvements required following the recent CQC inspection. You will work closely with the Advanced Specialist Pharmacist Neonatology, Advanced Specialist Pharmacist Child Health, and the Advanced Clinical Lead Pharmacist Surgical Division, to develop a service to maternity. - You will be expected to provide a high-quality clinical service and provide clinical, financial, and risk management support to the maternity services. In addition, the post-holder will be expected to provide occasional clinical support to the Child Health team to ensure continuity of service. This role, as with all our Advanced Pharmacist posts, has the responsibility of supervising diploma students and managing junior staff. Furthermore, you will contribute to the strategic development of the clinical pharmacy service provided to the Children's, Women's and Support Services Division and by supporting the Advanced Clinical Lead Pharmacist for the Surgical Division and the Principal Pharmacist for Clinical Services.
