To promote and provide safe and good patient care to all service users and support their families To be able to work within a team and autonomously when appropriate to ensure that service is delivered. To work as part of a multi disciplinary team and liaise with all agencies to promote safe and up to date practice for service users. Maintain clinical credibility by providing clinical care and supporting members of the team within the clinical environment Ensure that clinical are appropriately delegated to the relevant team member. Provide data that supports the monitoring of team contract and objectives. Participate in audits and research, as required. Participate in individual and group supervision. In conjunction with the service management, ensure systems are in place for the ongoing review and assessment of care provision and delivery.
