We see children from 0 - 19 years with acute, chronic and long term conditions. We provide a musculoskeletal service in clinics, as well as visiting children with developmental delay or disabilities in their homes, nurseries and schools.The Paediatric Physiotherapy Team are integrated with other children's teams to form the Children's Integrated Community Health Services. The immediate multi-disciplinary teams at Callaghan House include Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Dietetics, Child Development Team, Family Action, Community Nursing Team, Paediatric Nurse Practitioners, and Posture & Mobility Service. We are supported by the Single Point of Access Administration Team.We will ensure you have a supportive working and learning environment.Our team has a diverse and dynamic approach to treating, managing, supporting our young people, children and their families. This post will provide physiotherapy assessment and management of children with musculoskeletal conditions, children presenting with developmental delay, complex neurological conditions and genetic conditions. To educate and train other health care professionals, parents/carers and the wider multi-agency team To assess, manage and treat children with musculoskeletal conditions, developmental delay and neuro-disabilities To see children in a variety of locations to include clinics, nurseries, schools and in the home setting.
