The Medical Engineering Department at Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust consists of a mixed workforce of 37 members of staff with varying backgrounds and abilities. There are workshops located on two sites, Gloucestershire Royal Hospital and Cheltenham General Hospital. The Senior Engineer will be located chiefly at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital but may occasionally provide cover for Cheltenham General Hospital Medical Engineering There is a free bus provided between the Gloucester and Cheltenham sites and there are GMS provided lease cars available for other off site work.
