Practice Interview

What to expect
First, we'll enable your camera & microphone and then ask you to record a short introduction about yourself, about 30 seconds long, to make sure your camera is working ok.

Then, we'll ask you to answer one or more questions of your choice from the list below:
1. Can you tell us a little about yourself and why you are interested in the General Porter role?
2. What do you know about Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board and its services?
3. Have you had any previous experience working in a health care or similar environment? If so, can you elaborate on your duties?
4. Customer care and a focus on service delivery are crucial in this role. How would you ensure that patients and staff receive the information and support they need?
5. The portering environment can be unpredictable. How do you adapt to changing circumstances or unexpected workloads?
6. While it is not essential, the ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role. Are you proficient in Welsh, or are you willing to learn?
7. Safety is paramount when handling patients and goods. Can you explain your understanding of health and safety considerations in a portering role?
You can answer as many of these questions as you want. Good luck!
