Please visit Gov.UK for further information About us To work flexibly within a multidisciplinary team under the direction of qualified therapists (Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy), providing a high standard of therapy/rehabilitation to patients within St Benedicts Hospice and Centre for Specialist Palliative Care To work independently following standard procedures and treatment plans to deliver therapy on an individual basis or group setting To have access to a qualified therapist to evaluate the outcomes of intervention and progress treatments as appropriate To coordinate and implement rehabilitation interventions (individual or group) as directed by a qualified therapist, on the inpatient unit, day service and in patients homes To undertake visits to patients homes, following standard work procedures, to complete simple non-complex assessment and intervention, as directed by a qualified therapist.
