Hospital at Home is a multi-disciplinary team comprising of medical, therapy and nursing staff. We are looking for an enthusiastic nurse who has experience of working with older adults, good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.Previous hospital experience is essential. This role is a good stepping stone between the acute hospital and community services and we are looking for flexible individuals who are able to meet the current challenges.
