Our ADO with the other members of the leadership team has a responsibility for the development of a delivery and quality improvement strategy that ensures continuous improvement and innovation. The post holder also has responsibility for ensuring that the services within their remit respond to national and regional initiatives, new technological developments and for ensuring that research influences practice. Our ADO will provide leadership across the ICO for health and social care and ensure community services cohesion.
