The role requires an ambitious and motivated individual with demonstrable ESR operational and implementation experience with particular focus on Portal, Self Service HR and ESR Learning Management. The role also requires an individual that can demonstrate strong project management and implementation skills along with exceptional knowledge of the broader ESR solution and its associated benefits. Working as part of the regional team, responsible to the ESR Senior Account Manager for your allocated region, you will work alongside the ESR Functional Account Managers to provide hands on support and guidance to organisations in their implementation and roll-out of the full ESR solution. Excellent functional knowledge of the ESR solution and communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential to joining a national service team that is passionate about helping the NHS get the most from ESR.
