The post holder will be expected to lead the current psychology team consisting of a CBT therapist, psychotherapist, art psychotherapist and assistant psychologists. The post holder will contribute to the on-going development of the service, and provide clinical expertise with collaboration to the multi-disciplinary team. The post holder will be responsible for providing specialist clinical psychology input to the unit, which will include individual assessment, formulation, intervention and supervision/consultation. The post holder will pragmatically draw on a full range of clinical psychology theories to aid assessment and intervention approaches as relevant to this client group. The post holder will have the opportunity for clinical supervision and team reflection.
