The successful applicant will need to have the full Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician accreditation. They will also need to have the Medicines Optimisation Pharmacy Technician accreditation or be willing to work towards it. Applicants must possess robust leadership skills and be dedicated to the development of medicines optimisation throughout the Trust. The position is challenging and demands much motivation and flexibility. Applicants must be adept communicators, organised and gifted in supporting and developing the skill set of their team. Most importantly, they must share our passion for caring for patients through the delivery of high quality, patient-focused clinical services.
