The Manager has responsibility for providing operational support for these services for the Head of Facilities (Central) and other members of the Senior Management Team. The Manager will lead in identifying and implementing change, which contributes, to direction and strategy. They will be expected to develop policies following allocation of specific responsibilities, use resources effectively, and contribute to the wider activities and plans of the IHC and BCUHB. The post will be based at Glan Clwyd Hospital but the Facilities Manager will need to be able to travel to Community Hospitals and Clinics. The Health Board offers excellent working conditions including a generous entitlement of paid annual leave, enhanced pay for weekend working and a Superannuation Pension Scheme.
