Support the Chief Medical Officer and SRO for a programme to develop and deliver clinical pathway change for a clinical priority area in mental health for MHLDA. The role is predominantly strategic, supporting the HCP and Clinical Professional advisory committee to identify clinical priority area.Help to deliver these priority areas by supporting the primary care networks across Hertfordshire. Collaborate with all stakeholders and system partners having patients at the heart of the redesignand co-producing with stakeholders.Work in partnership with the project/programme manager to contribute and be the clinical lead to the development of business cases including service specification, end to end pathways, KPIsand outcomesLead on clinical audits for the MHLDA priority area and be the clinical voice on respectiveresearch as appropriate.
