This caseload consists of various post-surgical patients and patients with complex rehabilitation needs.You will also assist with peer reviews, auditing and service development for the wider OT team. The OT will be able to build strong links and working relationships with the wider MDT. The caseload is constantly changing and dynamic, producing learning opportunities and experience in a wide range of specialities. There are multiple opportunities to engage in training and liaise with the team for continued learning and development. Working in a world class centre of excellence which allows the opportunity to develop the OT service in new and exciting ways.
