Due to a recent merger of Mid Devon Medical Practice and Amicus Health, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an additional member of our Patient Services Team at Clare House Surgery, Tiverton. Although experience within healthcare would be an advantage, team players with a can-do attitude and great customer service skills are most important as training will be provided. We are recruiting for up to 36 hours per week but working hours/pattern are negotiable for the right candidate. The surgery is open Monday-Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm. Flexibility to support periods of increased demand, including covering annual leave and sickness, would be required. Previous applicants need not apply. Duties include, but are not limited to, working on the Reception desk to assist patients face to face, taking telephone enquiries and bookings, and working with the clinical teams to ensure patient care is at the heart of all we do.
