An exciting opportunity has arisen within Southern Health Foundation Trust (SHFT) to appoint an efficient and motivated Apprentice Team Administrator to work within our Children and Family Services teams. You will be joining a leading organisation that is both forward thinking and innovative. SHFT is committed to improving the quality of child health services across Hampshire and takes pride in rewarding the success of its staff. Children and Family Service are looking for apprentices to join the service to support our administration staff. The successful candidates will be expected to undertake and complete a level 3 business administrator apprenticeship, whilst working in a busy office. This post will be fully funded with 20% of the working week undertaking apprenticeship studies. The other 80% of the week you will be supporting the Children and Family teams in the office. The successful applicants will be required to work across the health visiting, school nursing and school aged immunisation teams at various locations across Hampshire. The Team Administrator will work in collaboration with the clinical and non-clinical team members and will have responsibility for managing a variety of administrative processes across multiple systems. With a positive approach to customer care you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, prioritise your workload and manage your time efficiently. Due to the nature of the post it is expected that you will have access to a car, a full driving licence, insurance for business use and be prepared to travel to different locations. "}
