Our hospitals and teams don't close, so as you would expect, we do work on a shift basis - our service users need our care and attention 24 hours a day 7 days a week, so everyone gets involved working different shifts to ensure our service users receive the very best. With recent experience in mental healthcare you will find your skills are transferable to our healthcare settings and service users. The Trust is required to carry out mandatory employment checks. INTERVIEW DATE: 22 JANUARY 2025 Support service users with daily activities Engage and observe service users to provide a safe space to recover. Work within the MDT to provide planned and effective care. Observe and manage the environment by continuous risk assessment. Meeting the standards of care within the NHS whilst adhering to AWP Policies and procedures. About us Sometimes the role will be tough, you will see and be involved in some difficult things involving our service users, be rushed off your feet and deliver some very direct care. We dont want to shy away from that and we do know that this part of the role isnt for everyone.
