Reporting to and supporting the PDL the planning, organisation, delivery and evaluation of staff skill development and support across clinical nursing and care teams. Working as part of Learning & Development Department to assist in facilitating clinical skills related training, and practice development within St Wilfrid's Hospice. To help create and maintain an environment which facilitates and promotes learning , personal / professional development and clinical competence amongst clinical staff (both registered and unregistered).
