These services include treatment, screening and advice within the professional competence of the post holder. The post holder should additionally be responsible for the management of the treatment room where applicable. Principal Responsibilities Within a nursing framework, the post holder is responsible for. Clinical To Assist in the care of practice patients to include treatment, preventative care, screening and patient education. The implementation and evaluation of the chronic disease management programmes, which include asthma, diabetes, chronic obstructive airways disease, coronary heart disease, hypertension, mental health & epilepsy.
