What youll be responsible for - Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices -Undertake nursing assessment and evaluation to enable development of appropriate plans of care based on the needs of the individual -Be proficient in the delivery of care to patients -Ensure safe administration of drugs in accordance with NMC and CHS policies -Ensure accurate records are kept in accordance with CHS policy and NMC guidelines -Carry out nursing procedures and techniques in accordance with agreed policies and standards About us Job Title : Nurse Team Leader - Community Mental Health Trust :Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust Location :Great Oaks Hospital Pay rates :Day - £19.10 per hour Sat/Nights £24.82 per hour Sun/Bank - £30.55 per hour Shift Patterns : - Flexible Why might this job interest you? What you can add:- Leading a team of practitioners in a fast faced environment. In depth experience working with patients with mental illness. In depth experience of working with patients who present with high levels risk. Working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team. Collaboratively care planning with patients. Experience leading a clinical team in an acute environment. The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above. What youll need: Registered Mental Health Nurse Minimum of 18 months experience post qualifying Completed Practice Supervisor course Completed supervision training Computer skills Completed Practice Assessor course. Evidence of CPD *Depending on the Trust, you may require variable additional certification and skills.
