From team leadership and carer engagement to service quality, recruitment, and business growth, this role is all about making a meaningful impact where it matters most. Your Key Responsibilities Leadership & People Management – Lead, inspire, and support regional care teams, driving engagement, retention, and professional growth. Operational Excellence – Ensure services are well-staffed, efficient, and compliant with CQC/CIW/RQIA regulations. Recruitment & Workforce Planning – Oversee regional hiring, ensure vacancies are filled efficiently, and support new care package mobilisations. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with clients, families, and internal teams to ensure service excellence. Performance & Growth – Drive KPI success in carer retention, recruitment speed, package retention, and service expansion. Crisis Management & On-Call Support – Be a proactive problem-solver, ensuring smooth service delivery at all times. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Strong leadership experience in a field-based operational role Background in healthcare, social care, or domiciliary care (Complext Care, related regulations and CQC knowledge is a big plus!) A hands-on, solution-focused approach to operational challenges Proven ability to drive recruitment, workforce planning, and service quality Experience using workforce management systems (One Touch is a bonus!)
