Practice Interview

What to expect
First, we'll enable your camera & microphone and then ask you to record a short introduction about yourself, about 30 seconds long, to make sure your camera is working ok.

Then, we'll ask you to answer one or more questions of your choice from the list below:
1. Can you describe your experience providing CBT interventions for children and young people? What specific techniques do you find most effective in your practice?
2. How do you approach the assessment and formulation of complex mental health issues in children and young people? Can you provide an example from your past experience?
3. Can you give us an example of how you have successfully collaborated with other professionals within a multidisciplinary team? What role did you play in this collaboration?
4. As this role may involve supervision of junior clinicians, how would you approach providing clinical supervision and support? What key aspects do you believe are important?
5. With the current redesign of services in line with the Thrive framework, how do you see your role contributing to this transformation?
6. What are your professional development goals, and how do you see this role helping you achieve them?
You can answer as many of these questions as you want. Good luck!
