This will be in the form of either reactive tasks or pre planned maintenance to ensure statuary compliance is met. Required to organise own day to day work tasks or activities along with planning and organising of straightforward tasks with Ward Managers/other Managers when working in occupied areas. Applicant must have significant experience related to construction and minor new work and building maintenance work in large organisations along with being competent in the use of both power and hand tools . The post holder will be expected to be guided by standard operating procedures, good practice and be able to understand what results and standards are to be achieved. The post holder will also be expected to be able to carry out duties independently and within small teams without routine supervision. About us Maintenance assistants are employed to work appropriate to their core specialist skills.
