This GP role is focused on strengthening system partnership working particularly with Primary Care and offers the opportunity to co-design Integrated Community Teams across Sussex. The second DCMO role seeks a consultant and is focused on Professional Standards and developing our workforce. The DCMO will agree on a balanced portfolio that offers exceptional experience in medical leadership across our diverse Community Trust and the wider system. They will chair Trust-wide groups and will be visible, respected, and key senior clinical leaders.
